PRINTS

What paper are your prints made on?
We use premium materials to ensure the best quality for our prints. All of our prints are created on archival-quality fine art paper (arches aquarelle 310gsm) , which is acid-free and designed to last for years without fading.

How will my print be sent to me?

All prints are shipped rolled in a tube and sealed for safe delivery. If multiple prints are purchased, up to 3 will be sent in the same tube.

How do I flatten a print that has been shipped in a tube?
If your print arrives rolled in a tube, here’s how to flatten it:

  1. Unroll carefully: Gently remove the print from the tube and place it flat on a clean surface.

  2. Add weight: If it's still curled, place lightweight flat objects, like books, on top to help it flatten. ** ensure the clear paper that came with the print is in between to protect it **

  3. Give it time: Leave it for several hours or overnight to relax.

  4. Avoid heat or humidity: Never use a hairdryer, iron, or steam to flatten the print, as this can cause damage.

Is the print signed?

Yes, the print is signed and numbered by Celia. Each print is a limited edition and only 50 prints of each variant will be offered.

Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your print ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your order’s status and estimated delivery date.

How should I care for my print?
To keep your print looking beautiful for years to come, we recommend framing it under glass or acrylic and keeping it away from direct sunlight to prevent fading. For unframed prints, store them in a cool, dry place, away from moisture and heat sources.

Are your prints limited edition?
Yes, all of our prints are limited edition, with each edition produced in batches of 50. Each print is numbered and signed by the artist, ensuring its rarity and value. Once the batch of 50 is sold out, no more prints of that design will be produced.

When will my print arrive?
While shipping times can vary, we aim to get your print to you as quickly as possible. If you order before December 1st, we’re confident your print will arrive in time for the holidays. Please keep in mind that shipping times may vary depending on your location and other factors, so we recommend placing your order early to ensure timely delivery. If you need more specific details, feel free to reach out to us! Express shipping options are available upon request.

Do you offer framing services?
At this time, we do not offer framing for our prints. All prints are sold unframed, giving you the flexibility to choose a frame that best suits your style and space. We recommend having your print professionally framed or selecting your own frame for a personalized touch.

Can I return or exchange a print?
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, so please be sure to review your order carefully before purchasing. If your print arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, and we will assist you with a replacement or refund.

Does the print come with a certificate of authenticity?
All of our prints come with a certificate of authenticity, ensuring that it is a genuine, signed, and numbered piece from the limited edition batch.
